What better way to celebrate than a day of biking at The Wheel Mill. Birthdays include a private room and all the riding your guests can do. First time riders will receive a mandatory guided tour. Birthday party rooms are reserved for two hour time slots. After your time slot, your guests can stay and ride however long they would like. Please note our birthday reservations are currently only offered on weekends.

What's included
- Passes for up to 10 riders. Any additional rider is $20+tax.
- Reserved party room for 2 hours.

- Guided tour with an instructor (Group instruction is mandatory for first time riders).

Booking Policies
- Must pay in full at the time of booking. Your party is not confirmed until payment is taken.
- Must be booked at least 7 days in advance.
- There is no refund for no-show guests.
- For a full refund, you must cancel a minimum of 14 days before your party date. Anytime after that, there will be no refund.
- If your guests need a bike, pads or a helmet, we recommend making arrangements at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your equipment. All rentals are an additional fee. Please email kayley@thewheelmill.com to reserve.

- What food and drink can I bring?
You can bring anything you’d like just not alcohol. Feel free to order pizza, bring coolers, cake etc. We have a birthday special with Pizza Parma. Our special is two extra-large pizzas (one cheese & one topping), bread sticks and a 2 liter for $35.99+tax. Call 412-441-6600 to order. - Can we decorate the party room?
Yes, but you must clean up all decorations. No tacks or staples. You will have access to your party room at least 15 minutes prior to your party time. - What if we need to rental bikes?If your guests need a bike, pads or a helmet, we recommend making arrangements at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your equipment. - How many guests can the lounge sit?The lounge can sit around 20 people comfortably. If you are planning to have more than 20 guests, please let The Wheel Mill staff know at booking
